Gil’s Bakeshop is my small baking project based in Bushwick, Brooklyn. I grew up baking with my mom (a pastry chef), and around my family’s restaurants and cafés, so the kitchen has always felt like home. Everything is made in small batches from scratch — mostly custom cakes, seasonal bakes, and desserts for birthdays, celebrations, or just because.
